Ann Marie earned her B.A. in Modern Languages from the College of the Holy Cross in the U.S. She launched her professional career in the hospitality industry at a world-renowned resort on Paradise Island, where she rose quickly through the ranks, ultimately managing private club services for high-net-worth guests and celebrities. Her success led to a decade-long career opening key resort properties in Nassau, Paradise Island, and Freeport, Grand Bahama.

In 1997, Ann Marie transitioned to real estate, drawn by both its entrepreneurial nature and flexibility. Within three years of becoming licensed, she had sold millions of dollars in property and qualified as a licensed Broker. Ann Marie is a Director of several entities, including Holowesko & Company, Bahamas Hope Challenge (formerly Ride for Hope Bahamas), and Bahamas Hope Foundation, and she is a member of the Old Fort Club. Outside of work, she enjoys boating with her family throughout the islands of The Bahamas.
