Derek Hunicke serves as Managing Director of The New Providence Development Company Ltd., overseeing all aspects of the business, including development projects, property management, and hospitality operations. A Stanford University graduate, Derek began his career as a portfolio manager at Goldman Sachs before relocating to The Bahamas to join NPDCo. In his free time, he enjoys spearfishing, bowhunting, and staying active outdoors.
