A 12th-generation Bahamian, Diane brings a deep-rooted knowledge of The Bahamas and a sophisticated understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape surrounding real estate and property investment.
Diane is a recognised authority in luxury real estate, known for her discretion, expertise, and trusted counsel. She serves as an advisor to international developers and has built a distinguished practice working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, government ministries, and senior officials. She is a Founding Member of the renowned U.S.-based Realm Global and a member of the International Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate.
Diane holds an MBA with Distinction from Babson College and a BA with Honours from the College of the Holy Cross. She began her career studying law before transitioning into international real estate, representing developers across the globe with a U.S.-based firm. She left her position as Managing Director to return home to The Bahamas. She completed the Florida real estate licensing and holds several of the industry's most prestigious international designations: Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).
Diane’s commitment to public service is longstanding and wide-reaching. In 2023, she was conferred the honour of Officer in the Order of Distinction (OD) by the Governor General for her outstanding civic, philanthropic, and business leadership. By Cabinet and Government appointment she has served as Chair of the Town Planning Committee of The Bahamas, as a Member of the Advisory Committee for the Introduction of Local Government to New Providence, and on the Ministry of Public Works Legal Drafting Committee.
Diane is a Director of Holowesko & Company, and a Founder and Director of Bahamas Hope Challenge (formerly Ride for Hope). She is the Founder of the annual Bahamas National Trust (BNT) Wine & Art Festival and was honoured with a special recognition by the BNT for her service. She is also the Founder and Chair of STARS (Supporting Technology Access and Research for Students).
Diane has co-chaired numerous World, Western Hemisphere, and National Championship sailing regattas in the 5.5, Star, Snipe and Sunfish classes, and in 1996, she was recognised by the Centennial Olympic Games in Atlanta for her “contribution to the success of the games of the XXVI Olympiad.”
Diane resides in Lyford Cay, where she is a member of the Lyford Cay Club and a former Director of the Lyford Cay Property Owners Association. She is also a member of the Old Fort Club, and enjoys travelling, spending time with her family, and an active life rooted in community.
