Tracey Barone is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience across The Bahamas’ luxury property market. She is a Licensed Broker, Appraiser, Certified Home Marketing Specialist, and holds the prestigious BRI designation.
Tracey’s expertise spans high-end property sales and rentals, association management, luxury development operations, and appraisals. Known for her leadership and operational excellence, she has managed large teams, multimillion-dollar budgets, and some of the country’s most exclusive communities.
She is particularly knowledgeable about Old Fort Bay, having served as Manager of the Old Fort Bay Property Owners Association. In that role, she directed all day-to-day operations, supervised a 52-member staff, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, negotiated contracts, and oversaw human resources, security, landscaping, and maintenance. This hands-on experience gives Tracey unique insight into the inner workings of one of The Bahamas’ most prestigious gated communities.
